After my trip to Morocco last month I have been obsessed with mint tea...My boyfriend and I have been drinking lots!! Its a great refreshing drink and aids digestion so perfect for and after dinner tipple.


Boiling water
1 tablespoon of loose green tea
1 1/2 pints of boiling water
2 small bunches of mint leaves
5 teaspoons of sugar

Put the tea and the boiling water in the tea pot and leave for 2-3 minutes. Add the mint leaves and the sugar. Wait for the sugar to dissolve and serve.
